I have been taking these for a week. I cut each gummy in half and take it about 1 .5-2 hours before bedtime. It just relaxes my brain and last longer than the melat onin I have been taking. On a bad day where my brain just wont shut off I will tak e a whole one. It works!!!. All the flavors are great.
